24 Hour Farmacia in Los Alcazares?

Hi I seem to remember a long time ago that in this region (and I guess throughout Spain) there was a website that had an up to date list of pharmacies that were either "on duty" and/or 24 hour operations. I know that each farmacia have information on the window when they are closed where the local "open" one is located but that just wastes time so I just thought I would ask if anyone knows of a link online. This is especially prevalent this Easter where all farmacias closed on Wednesday evening and will not be open until next Monday!!!
