If you need a doctor today you should go to the Urgencias at your nearest public hospital - for Los Alcazares this would be Los Arcos, but your may be one in Cartagena? If you cannot get to the hospital you should ring 112.

Do you mean for a home visit? If so try Andres he charges 50€
