Hi all, just a question regarding the likelihood of the beach bars being open on the LA old town beaches on July the 1st?

Bit of a question I know, any help appreciated.

Start with the one at the Rambla, you will have seen the pix, it is firewood.

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for the reply, I also saw when we were out in Jan that the two at La Concha beach, the harbour were washed away. We are due out July 1st but maybe we postpone till later in the year. See how things develop in the next couple of weeks.

Cheers

Yeah, I suppose we all have to adapt accordingly, really feel for all the guys, restaurants, people there, first the floods then the pandemic which has of course hit us all. We have been holidaying in the location for 15 years, so

Please keep us posted Roberto as things hopefully begin to return to "the new normal".

Last weekend was busy on the Los Alcázares promenade with a lot of locals and Murcianos around and the cafes and bars busy.

They  have been allowed to spread beyond their normal allocated outside spaces so there is good social distancing whilst good customer numbers.

Hi, I understand the beach bar close to the Jose Sazatornil statue (chap on the bike) is open, saw an image on Instagram, hopefully the guys in the square behind La Encarnacion are opening to, any updates greatly appreciated.
