Hi! We are Rob and Melanie and we are hoping to get a long term let in the Ali’s Alcazares area soon.
We are in our 50’s and live in Southampton. As we both work part time we are hoping to take advantage of the regular flights from Bournemouth and Southampton to Alicante and Murcia and the new airport as and when.
We will be looking for a 2 or 3 bed, 2 bath property for rental so any ideas anyone has will be welcome.

Dont forget to check the rules around residency and the number of days you can live in Spain before becoming liable to tax in Spain. All the info you need you will find on CAB Spain website.

hi,i have rented short term and long term with GLM properties in los alcazares and found them very good and reasonable

I will take a good look at GLM. Is there anywhere’s else I can find a 2 bed for long term rental? An apartment would be good as long as there is a pool nearby!
