Can anyone recommend: Builder and Painter required on Camposol - Project to Start ASAP

We have just purchased a two bed property on Camposol and require an access hatch fitting in a roof cavity for extra storage, filling various cracks / lumps and the property to be painted inside and out.
Can any one recommend reliable people to start as soon as.
