Just moved into small house plumbing not great . Shower fills up need that looked at ideally replaced with bath and 3 sets of sink taps replaced. Anyone used someone reliable that speaks English ? Let me know

As a short term measure try a drain cleaner solution (any supermarket or ferreteria) and a plunger (chinese store).
