Has anyone heard of or used
Mare nostrum I am considering using them for a purchase and this is first time purchase in Spain. Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks that's good to know everything moved so quickly. We made a visit over to look not intending to buy but find an area we like the next thing we had made a decision

I used this lawyer for my house purchase nearly two years ago. Very effficient and professional, they do everything including setting up bank account and arranging payment of utilities etc.
