Help with Downloading Padron with CLAVE From Ayuntamiento de Los Alcázares Website

I received my last Padron by email and did not have a digital signature, I just wrote to them enclosing a copy of the receipt for payment which they do require.

Maybe different for Los Alcazares. 

Sorry not really what you asked but maybe an easer way?

Again what I would do is just download and complete the form, print the completed document, sign it, copy it and email to the necessary department in the town hall, including a copy of payment made  your passport and NIE.

Thanks Roberto.  I don’t need the application form as I have gone through the process and got a Padron.  I understood that a “refreshed” padron certificate was available to download from the Municipal Website.  I left my copy with the Gestor as they are doing some work for us and was hoping to download a copy remotely from the U.K. I had to sadly return to the U.K. for a family funeral.  The Gestor did show us how to access the website using our Clave and download the “certificacion de         inscripcion  padronal individual” but she went too fast and had other customers waiting so I didn’t follow as closely as I should have!

We tried to do this a few weeks ago and whilst it was possible to access the page, there was no way that I could follow the steps through to actually downloading the certificates. One thing that I did learn though, was if there is more than one person's digital signature on your device, you must close the program and log on again after the first person's certificate has come through, on any of the government websites, or you can't access the other people's digital signatures.

Thanks Mags. Yes I found that too.  Had to clear the cache and history before logging on again to another website to use the electronic signature.  Hope someone has worked out how to download the certificates.  Like you I spent a whole afternoon trying but couldn’t work out how to do it.
