Is there a minimum income necessary in order to obtain a residency permit in the Costa Calida?

I believe there is a minimum income necessary in order to obtain a residency permit in the Costa Calida region.

Understandable as otherwise new residents can pose an extra burden on the state.

I have looked for this information but cannot find it. I hope to be a retired resident there, from another EU State.

Any suggestions as to where I should find this detail?
