We are looking at a place up by Calle Jaen. Has this area or is this area likely to be flooded in the future. Thanks

I live on Calle Lecrin, we were flooded some time ago, but I believe that it was exceptional and the result of someone I believe deliberately opening flood gates
We have had no further flooding, although a lot of houses are built on a ramble
