STOLEN ELECTRIC BIKE

Our neighbour on Playa11 has had an electric bike stolen 2 days ago. Playa 11 is a gated complex with high gates and it would be very difficult to lift a locked heavy bike over them. This is very sad as the owner is disabled and is on a long stay in LA . His insurance will pay but he is now without transport for the rest of his stay. They believe that he has been followed and that someone must have access ( a key ) to the complex. It was taken over-night and nobody heard or saw a thing. My warning is obvious. KEEP YOUR BIKES inside . If anyone is offered one to buy be careful to check if it’s a genuine sale.
