Hi I have ground floor apartment and the water pressure in the bathroom sink tap and the kitchen sink is really low. Barely trickling. Hot water in both rooms is fast as usual when running. Help would be appreciated, Thanks Baz

Have a look at the spout the the water comes out of.
There is normally a filter in the end.
The end should screw off & reveal the filter. It may well be blocked with debris or limescale.
Might need a spanner to unscrew the end.
Have a similar problem and found that the small isolating valves that shut off water to the taps, had caused the issue due to the rubber washers inside rotting away. Have these renewed after closing your main water valve and that should improve flow. These are cheap valves you can get at most Ferreterias of in Cartagena - Parque Mediterraneo - Leroy Merlin.
