cost of utilites Los Acazares

Good Day All

Looking at buying a 2 bed apartment in the Los Alcazares area need to find out what the averge cost of utilites  i.e gas, elec, water and any suma local taxs need to be paid on a typical 2 bed apartment over 12 months (no pool) cost of apartment around 60,000 euros. And how you pay your utilities if we are looking at using it around 4 times a year anything from 1 week to 6 weeks at a time, can you set up a standing order if we have a spainsh bank account, any info or help would be helpful.

And advice on what are the best areas and safest area to live or not….
