We switched to nordic

We sent our details to one of these switching companies, can’t remember who it was as it was sometime last year. They told us we were on a legacy tariff with Iberdola and that we wouldn’t get anything any cheaper elsewhere, so to stick with them, wI thought was a great service.

We have been  saving 30% by switching

I compared and Iberdrola came top but this was for new customers only. Nothing was shown for long term customer tariffs. 

I have been with Endesa (and don't have to pay a firm that offers cheaper "switching service" but then charge for checking for you!!!) for many years and have found that they are by far the cheapest and also their prices have been fixed for this year where others have increased theirs by up to 27%.  You can go onto their website and put your latest bill in and see what you can save, so no commitment.  The bills are sent every two months and not monthly.  I am on their "Happy" contract and save even more - don't cost anything to see how much you can save.
