nothing wrong with the tap water if you can stand the chemical taste.... we have an under sink water filter and I can still taste it! Down to personal taste!

We bought a Brita type water filter jug, and fill it and keep it in the fridge. The taste is much more like bottled water.
Just saves buying endless water for the supermarket.
As above it depends what your preference is.
