Hello our flat has the pipes installed but nothing else. Has anyone fitted their own AC ? Can you tell me where you bought it and could we have a chat about how you did it. I have many years refrigeration experience but not in anything this small.

I think you will find that it must be installed by a certified engineer - apart from anything else a DiY job would invalidate the warranty.

Why not speak to Dave at Air Menor. He is a really helpful man and you might well find that having him do the job for you and future re-gassing etc is the way to go and a lot of things are not as simple as you think here in Spain!
