Occupants in car

Hi. Please can someone confirm the most up to date rules for the number of occupants travelling in a car? I'm looking for confirmation for both the Valencia/Alicante region and the Murcia region. Ideally, I'm looking for the answer to be '2 from the same household'!
With all due respect, I don't need any responses re current border restrictions, am I a resident etc, I just need to know the car occupancy number.
