Hi all.We use cajamar bank in Puero de Mazarron and they have blocked our account because we could not go in to prove two yearly non residence, we are stuck in uk th,the bills haven’t been paid and no reply to emails or letters.Any opinions on this .Thanks.Jo
Do you have a solicitor with power of attorney ??

No I don’t,I haven’t left the uk for a year.

I would try phoning the branch, they likely have English speaking staff.
If this fails you could open a Starling Bank euro account and pay the bills through that.
