Can someone please explain

As we are all supposedly in lockdown, could somebody explain why there are between 12 - 20 people playing football in the 'yard'... with a police car parked across the road.
Maybe it is the polis having a kick around.

Don't think so..they are staying overnight..since Monday and some more arriving every day.
