Hi my Son has a Irish provisional licence has had 12 lessons but 4 month waiting time minimum here for test. He will need to do lessons in Spain. Looking for English speaking driving instructor. We are moving over May 2023

Wouldn't it be easier for him to do an intensive driving course in your area before you move to Spain?

It's not the lessons it's the test minimum of 4 month waiting fir driving test in Ireland

The practical test is only possible in Spanish in a Spanish driving school car, so he should get on with learning the language.

This may be a bigger problem than you imagine. In Spain there is no such thing as a provisional driving licence and the only person you are permitted to drive with is a registered instructor at a registered driving school. (Obviously, I'm talking about the law here and not necessarily what happens in practice.)
The process of getting tests sorted and then getting a licence, once you pass the practical and theory elements, is also quite complicated and always most easily done via a driving school. Obviously, the practical test is in Spanish but I think the theory one can be done in English. And I would imagine an english-speaking instructor would be an unusual beast in the environs of Mazarron.
