Buildings insurance query for Apartment in a Residencial

...ce for the Residencial, however we're not clear if that is sufficient to cover us for anything that may happen to our specific apartment - e.g. if a flood or fire damaged our apartment? 

We live in the UK, so only use the apartment for holidays (when we're allowed, in non-covid times!) We only have minimal furniture and belongings in the apartment, so aren't particularly concerned about any contents insurance, but need to know if we should have a separate Building Insurance policy in place.

Presumably you'll need contents insurance anyway so a combined policy might be cheaper. I use John Nash in Bolnuevo and found them competitive. If you email him, I'm sure he'll know the block as well.
