Looking for someone to install two security cameras, ones that will be linked to phone but they will be one on one terrace and the other on another terrace, any ideas need to be reasonably priced?

I've installed Wanscam 4 IP cameras at my property. Easy WiFi setup. There are various makes, some are easier to configure than  others.

Rather depends if you need to put in power supply points. You may need an electrician. Most cameras come with a PSU that is not weatherproof.

You should take care that the cameras do not record video of public spaces.

Many thanks for that I do have outside points, and bought two sets of four outside points from Lidyls, but a stupid theft on my neighbours terrace of a clock! I know who it is, he also broke a glass light as well. (my neighbor died in front of me in February) so her daughter wants to put a camera on hers as well as mine they will only be pointing at our terraces and down towards steps. Were they expensive the ones you  bought? I have been looking on eBay and bogged down with the information so if you can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Have a look here.

You can download an App for Android (use it on a phone or tablet).

The on-board software can be set up to alert you via email, including a photo, if it detects movement. Alternatively or in addition you can link to it from surveillance software like iSpy (for Windows PC -you can download a limited free version). iSpy will upload video to a cloud store as well as save to your PC hard drive. Even if your PC gets stolen, the videos will be safe and you can access your online account from another system.
