To those who speak Spanish, well done now trumpets down please. To those who struggle, maybe Roland's and one other translation App will assist.  Interestingly, British Gas facilitate 20+ languages when billing and corresponding!

Yes it's interesting comparing different EU countries. In England the Council and utilities offer umpteen languages, but Spain is much different! I have written to Iberdrola and await their reply. If they don't offer anything, I'll try out the App solution, just taking the easy option first.

Then use Google translate, as recommended. Don't ignore the emails it's costing you money.  

If you use Chrome as a web browser auto-translate Spanish into English is also very useful.

My simple approach seemed to work. I've just had a reply from Iberdrola to my email and they will in future send all bills and information notices to me in English. I'll wait and see if that happens but it looks promising.

I get my bills emailed to me as a pdf attachment every month in English and have done for around five years. 

Take a photo, import to Google translate, I do this with all Spanish documents I don't understand. Works for me, good luck.

Open translate app using your smartphone over a document & it is instantly translated on your screen !!

We have same problem too. Never can understand them and why they have so steep charges. 

Does any one knows any other utilities can be use for electric supply which are cheaper and better customer service
