I would be appreciative if someone could point me in the right direction please? I am not very knowledgable on this subject!
I have a new TV and have just had WiFi installed but can’t seem to access Netflix on my tv. I am in San Pedro Del Pinatar. I put in the password etc but don’t connect.

First off, is it a smart TV?
secondly, if its a smart TV has it been connected to the WiFi?
