I think Blueboy is right it’s probably the internet-the wi-fi signal from the router. If you have a usb lead you could plug this into the tv and the fire stick into the lead. Even a few feet might help

You don't need a massive speed to run the stick..check what other devices are connected..what apps you have running in the background ..clear the cache ..restart your stick..make sure its plugged into a power source not the TV to charge ..maybe use an Ethernet cable to router or buy am extender and turn your Internet off for 10minites completely and reboot it
