Take antihistamine tablets.
Dampen table salt & rub it on the bites
Sounds daft but it really does work !!

If the bites have been scratched open, get this cream from the farmacia. It's called Lexxema

I read about using salt on this forum.
Never believed it would work until we all got bitten last month on Camposol.
Very effective & best of all very cheap !!
Polar Creme or polaramine creme. It is absolutely brilliant! Put it on the sting wait ten mins apply some more after ten/fifteen minutes it really does Stop the itching. And you can take it around with you! Burn citronella candles.

Hi Donal (d ?)
Buy some factor 40 or 50 sunscreen lotion (Nivea is good) rub lots into legs and the mozzies will leave you
alone. And as an added bonus, you get lovely soft skin. My mates hubby had legs so bitten he looked like
he had measles! He started rubbing sunscreen into them and gets only maybe 1 or 2 in week /10 days. Much more bearable.

Salt is a cure all for a lot of ailments. If you have piles a soak in salty warm bath water works wonders.
