Driving licence changeover

Can anyone tell me a good local translater who can help me with my LGV /HGV / digi card / driver card changeover to Spanish please.Simple as it maybe for an ordinary licence but mines about more complicated than that.To put matters worse I'm at the age of 59 years and need to take an extra medical for the next 3 yrs /5yrs at age 60.Im 60 in May 2021 but as you all know brexit is coming thick and fast and I atleast need to get things going.Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
