Is there a symbol for San Pedro?

We're in Lo Pagan and the previous owners left a little plaque hanging over the stairs.  Its to commemorate an event in San Pedro and I think there's a Coat of Arms of some sort on it.  I'm in the UK at the moment though.  Hubby's there next week so I'll get him to look at it.

We were up in the town square of San Pedro yesterday and there are quite a few flags that have been put up by the council with a crown on top and a whales tail fin underneath ( as if it was diving )  . Not really sure if that is the symbol but we have spotted it in a few other places locally as well
