Of course you have reported the theft to the police, before you start getting speeding and other traffic fines from “your” car?

Report it pretty quick sounds like a cloning job to me.

To report you need to go to Traffico, a completely different department that deals solely with traffic offences, the Guardian Civil do not deal with traffic and whether they pass on your theft depends what mood the person is in.
