The joining between our terrace house and neighbour, near the roof is a gap and it is letting water in and causing a damp patch on one of the walls.
Our neighbour doesn’t live there any more, so we can’t discuss this with them, but we have decided to go ahead and repair the gap,
Can anyone recommend a roofer/builder who could do this for us. We are in San Pedro Del Pinatar

Hi, I live in Ireland and recently had a problem with a leak in ceiling of my apartment. I was given a name of a builder in San Pedro. He did the job for me on good faith as he did not know me and I was still in Ireland. His name is Andy and his phone number is 639289329. Tell him Denise recommended him to you.
