English speaking doctor

We have just moved to San Pedro from Andalucia and need to register with the doctors.
We can go to San Pedro or Lo Pagan does anyone know if there is an English speaking doctor available.
There are medical staff, doctors and nurses, who speak english at the Centro Medico health centres in San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier.
