Ordered from Conforama in La Zenia in January (25th) 2018. 4 -6 week delivery, so we assumed Mid March at the latest. 4 weeks later Received an email to say it would be delayed. Not by how much, and there is no reply to the email as it is from a 'noreply' address.
They speak very little English in the store and generally are store assistants and have no knowledge of what is going on. The online chat can't help as they are for purchase enquiries, not after sales service. After several calls using a relative who is Spanish, it was discovered that it would be a further month as their manufacturer had 'failed to deliver'. The upshot was that our suite finally arrived on April 13th, however they did give us a discount as compensation for the delay.
Aside from this, it is a nice suite, a good price (and better after the delay compensation) however their communication is appalling!
