Aerial Fitness for Children

Aimed at children over 10 years old. The sessions are aimed at improving children's confidence and awareness of health and fitness. Aerial Yoga is fun for children and challenging, it’s something different and is disguised mainly as fun!
They particularly enjoy the relaxation in the hammock at the end of sessions. 10 euros per session or 8 week course 64 Euros.
