Can anyone recommend: Septic tank fitter

Hi
We (Michelle and Tony) will be moving to Yecla in the next weeks and want to change where our septic tank is .... assuming its easier to simply get a new one fitted?
Can anyone recommend someone in the area who can do this please? Spanish is very limited at the moment so an English speaker would be good
