My husband has a pre-existing condition which no private healthcare company will cover, we are in the process of moving to the Spanish system because of this.  My question is, what would happen if he did suffer from this pre-existing condition before the Spanish system has accepted us, not likely but you never know?

If anyone has any information or experiences I would be very grateful as this is a concern.

Hello, I am looking to purchase a property in this area but I have been told there are problems with the water supply and it frequently is turned off. Can anyone please advise what the actual situation has been over the last few years.

I used to visit a bar run by an English guy called Bob and his girlfriend, i was wondering if any one knows if they are still about and or their email address if possible, another person i would like to find had / has a hotel hostel called El Montenuelo or similar out in the wilderness, an email address would be nice, found your site while scanning pages on this search.

Just booked to come on holiday here - do we need a car or are there shops/supermarkets within town? 

Does one need to have permant residency before being able to move , live and buy property . What area of costa calida is more active .
