We need to book a hire car for pick up at 10PM on New Year’s Eve. We usually use Victoria cars as they are 24 hour but are closing early. Can anyone recommend or suggest an alternative that will be open late on NYE please?

I'm moving to El Alamillo this week and I've heard that correos only deliver 'certificado' to the area. Can anyone advise if you have to pay for a post office box or just ask at the counter to get your normal mail?
