My seals on my windows have eroded and are brittle the windows conceal my balcony and when open fold and lie flat against wall now hard to close due to brittle seals can someone let me know where I can get seals and after what time company open close thanks

I am considering moving to Los Belones from the uk with my wife and two children (18yr old son and 12 yr old daughter).

Initially looking at renting.

Any advice on rentals , school for my daughter , work opportunities would be most welcome.
