I am looking for some confirmation. My wife went to have her finger prints taken as she has now been granted residency. After some years she as we thought would be able to go to Russia to see her Father however even thou she was give receipt for a foreign card application she was informed that she would not be allowed to re-enter Spain unless she had her residency card which will only be ready when she is in Russia. We have a very good solicitor who said that she does not understand why they have said that. She conformed she has UK clients that have left Spain and come back just with the receipt which frankly makes séance as my wife has been given residency
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this.
