Pre travel covid test when sailing from Bilbao

Hello, has anyone done the Bilbao to Portsmouth ferry? If so how did you sort the pre travel covid test as it's to be done up to 3 days before departure and the ferry can take up to nearly 2 days? Any advice welcome. Thanks

It's 3 days from departure date. We are travelling next Saturday from Santander - Portsmouth. Test booked in for Wednesday

It's a Antigen test and we are paying 35€ each. I think they are all around that sort of price.
