Hi, I have 50% of the flat in Archena and the other half belongs to my ex partner. I am considering buying. It is in the center, the flat is nice and sunny, 4 bedroom. Do you think if I buy it, I will have a chance to sell it again one day and meanwhile rent it out?

You might get some responses if you edit your title and make it more vlear whether you intend to buy your ex out or are you buying a different apartment.
