Opening a Bank Account

If you use resolute or wise there are no fees, Spanish banks have large fees. So wouldn’t recommend unless you really need it.

Do the Spanish banks even charge for the online accounts ? i was looking at the Cajamar Bank in Sucina Village and their online accounts and going to pop in next week and try an open one.

Wise and Revolut are not actually Banks but currency exchange companies that offer some banking facilities, debit card which you will pay a fee when withdrawing cash at ATMs dirct debit facilities.

Cajamar Wefferent account is their online account Sabadell also have an online account both have free banking facilities Sabadell offers 3% discount on utility bills paid by add.

I do believe however you would need a Spanish address and mobile phone number

I have wefferent and sabadell accounts and find them excellent I also have a Wise account which I use to transfer money when the exchange rates are suitable to my needs

We found the Cajamar bank in Sucina to be very helpful. The cashier actually put on her coat and came outside to show us how to work the ATM.
