How much does it cost to sell a property and buy another do you still pay capital gains tax? Do people exchange properties to avoid or is there another way to reduce costs

At the time of Brexit it was stated that a UK issued blue badge could not be used in Spain for visitors to the country, but could be used when visiting some other EU countries. (This was on the UK gov website). However I have just looked today and it is now saying they can be used. Has anyone got personal experience if it's correct?  The next  time we are  in spain I don't want to use the badge and end up with a parking ticket.

I need to purchase a double bed or 2 singles for my property in Sucina.  Would you suggest Los Alcazeras, Murcia, perhaps that Dos Mares center that ive seen advertised or somewhere else.  

I am not that familiar with the area yet.  Also I will need to select somebody who delivers, I do have a car but obviously cant carry beds.
