Looking for recommendations for Notary in vicinity of Sucina to notarise a will we already have prepared in English/Spanish.

Looking to buy in Sucina but don't want to own a car. Whilst Sucina has the general amenities I need - supermarket, restaurants, shops, get - what are the transport links like for travelling a little further afield? Is there a train station? Do buses run regularly and where to? Thanking you in advance 

For Sale. New Candy washing machine 8kg. This has never been plumbed in. We bought it then had a change of plan. Was originally advertised for €290 now reduced to €230. A good bargain for a brand new washing machine.

Is anybody able to give me an idea of the cost of private pool maintenance please? I ask as I want to factor in costs to decide whether to buy a property with a private pool or a communal pool. Thanks in advance

We have a 2 year old Nissan Quashqai Mild Hybrid (ECO Sticker) the tax was paid when we bought it but we have taxed it ourselves now. The question is, when we googled the amount of tax we should be paying it’s a lot less than what we are paying. Apparently there is a discount for cars with the ECO sticker. We are paying €224. We had a 15 year old diesel car and our tax last year was €143.  It doesn’t sound right that an old diesel car is less than an ECO friendly car. Hopefully someone will have the same or similar car that can shed some light on this.

Hi all, Is there anywhere I could hire a wheelchair for eight days in Sucina village.

Can anyone recommend a car hire company who dont charge a fortune for insurance.  Also a company who dont invent damage that has been there for ages.  Also a company rhat operate full / full fuel policy.  I always arrange excess insurance in the UK.
