Non resident Wills

We had an appointment to sort out our Spanish wills at the notary, but now are unable to travel over to Spain from uK, Is there anyway of doing this from the U.K.?

Hi, we had a similar issue, and we could only do it in person as they have to physically see the passport and you in person to make it official. It was the notary I think where the issue was but not 100% as Spanish Law is so very different to the Uk. We filled out the paperwork prior and emailed it to our Solicitor, then went over it all to clarify all was correct. Eventually we managed to get over but we were really concerned when they wouldn’t do it online in case anything happened in the meantime with it being such an important requirement. Not sure if they will be someone that may do it without you physically being there but I doubt it.... Good luck.
