Has anyone had a medical to get a Spanish driving licence & do you know if all the medicals are all the same etc wherever you have one?
A friend just had one and it sounded very Mick Mouse! Something about a test on a screen having to keep two cars on two roads having to
control them with wooden paddles not a steering wheel!!

Yep, that's the one we all do! Not at all Mickey Mouse, the test is to show your spacial awareness and the speed of your reactions.

The computer game is only part of the assessment. It does vary from one test centre to another but usually covers eyesight, simple hearing test, general health etc.
In my opinion similar measures should have been introduced in the UK years ago, along with the independent ITV testing.
