Hi Does anyone know how easy it is to get back a UK driving licence after living out of the UK for a long time like 20yrs +?
I have a UK passport but the driving licence expired years ago, do you have to take a UK test again and do you have to hand in your EU driving licence if you were cease driving in Spain anymore if it were about to expire also? My EU driving licence is Maltese not Spanish however

I think your best bet is to contact the DVLA in the uk and ask them you will then receive accurate information.
