Where can my uncle meet English people in Cartagena?

Hi All, my uncle has bravely made the move to Cartegena from Javea recently. He loves it but doesn’t speak great Spanish as it wasn’t so necessary in Javea.  He is 70, but very young, great company, very social - he’s loved by everyone that means him young and old. I’d love to be able to point him in the direction of meeting some English speakers so he doesn’t get too lonely there.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Exercise classes? Socials ? I’d be really grateful for any suggestions or anyone who would be up for a coffee and a chat in town?
