Wanted: Looking to buy a house/flat in Camposol or corvera

When flights are back on I want to come over to view places to buy I will be on my own spending a lot of time when I retire living out there.

I'm looking for advice on buying what areas are best etc given I will be on my own most of the time.

I will be a cash buyer with a budget of around 60k GBP .

I would consider any area in Costa Calida and want to know people's thoughts on house/garden versus apartment/terrace 

Where would people recommend for my move to my new home in Costa Calida
