Double bed mattress and TV

How do we dispose of a double bed mattress (which is in pretty good condition), and an old tv (not flat screen). Thanks for your help.
Contact MABS cancer charity or Noah’s Ark animal charity. Both will be happy to collect your second hand stuff for their charity shops.
