I would suggest you go to your local Town Hall instead of asking on here as differrent areas have differrent restrictions. Generally if the land is classed as rural land you need a minimum of 10,000sq mts to be able to build anything and the total build can not be more than 2% of the land size. We are in Alicante province and that's what it is there but Jumilla is in Murcia and will probably be differrent. A friend in Caudete once told me in Murcia the minimum requirement was 20,000 sq mts. Your Town Hall in the 'obras major' dept will give you the correct answer. Take your deeds if you have already bought.
