What should you do when your neighbours from Madrid decide to visit your area for a weekend break? Police don’t seem to be interested despite them patrolling the streets stopping dog walkers, local shoppers and bin runners.

Seems this is happening in lots of areas.

They are breaking the rules and endangering all around them

it makes you wonder why the Police aren't interested?

I am sure they are but currently you assume most of their resources are deployed as road blocks trying to stop these idiots in the first place

Many are now travelling overnight and using back roads so reporting them only assists the police and goes a long way to keeping you safe

I actually stopped a policeman on a motorbike to inform him of guests arriving with suitcases last night. He said it’s ok as long as they stay indoors?

One rule for one and another rule for othets

I agree: they should stay at home.

But reporting people reminds me the time of Franco and the repression.

I feel I should report them as I want to stay safe. If myself and my neighbours are conforming and giving up our freedom then so should others.
